How Labs & Imaging Are Handled / What’s Included in Your Membership?
Your membership covers all in-office services as outlined in your plan, but lab work and imaging are billed separately.Below is a breakdown of what to expect regarding testing and diagnostics.
Routine In-Office Tests (Included at No Extra Cost)
- Basic point-of-care testing (strep, flu, glucose, urinalysis)
- Blood pressure, oxygen saturation, body composition analysis
- Limited in-office functional assessments
Annual Wellness Lab Panel Discount (Available to Tier 2 & 3 Members)
- Members receive deeply discounted lab pricing for annual wellness panels
- Common tests include CBC, CMP, lipid panel, thyroid panel, insulin, vitamin D, inflammation markers
Functional Medicine Lab Discounts (Optional & Member-Exclusive Pricing)
- Advanced gut health, microbiome, food sensitivity, hormones, and toxin testing
- Metabolic and longevity panels (available in Tier 2 & 3)

How Lab Testing Works
Option 1: Insurance-Based Testing
- We can order standard lab panels through Quest, LabCorp, or your preferred lab
- If using insurance, members are responsible for any copays or out-of-pocket costs
- Some functional labs are not covered by insurance
Option 2: Self-Pay Discounted Lab Pricing
- For uninsured or high-deductible plans, we offer discounted cash-pay lab pricing
- Pricing is transparent, and members can choose which tests to run
- Functional lab testing (gut, hormones, toxins) is not covered by insurance and is self-pay
Option 3: Membership-Exclusive Lab Bundles
- We offer pre-negotiated lab packages at discounted rates for members
- Members can select wellness panels, hormone testing, metabolic assessments, and specialty functional testing at reduced rates

How Imaging is Ordered & Billed
Standard Imaging (X-Rays, MRI, CT, Ultrasound, etc.)
- Imaging is not included in membership but can be ordered as needed
- We will refer you to a diagnostic imaging center (local radiology group or specialty center)
- If using insurance, your imaging will be billed through your provider
- For self-pay patients, we can help find the most cost-effective cash-pay options
Advanced Imaging for Functional & Longevity Testing (Tier 3 Only)
- We offer specialized longevity imaging (Full-Body MRI, CTA with AI review, volumetric brain MRI)
- These scans are optional and self-pay, but Tier 3 members receive exclusive pricing
